Формирование Региональной Системы Управления Занятостью

Abstract

Регион, выступая как самостоятельный и равноправный субъект экономических отношений, располагает ресурсами, имеет значительный выбор средств воздействия на экономику и, соответственно, принимает значительную долю ответственности за решение проблем занятости. Отсутствие согласованного воздействия на занятость экономических, образовательных, социально-трудовых и других региональных государственных структур позволяет говорить об отсутствии научно обоснованной концепции и методологии организации управления занятостью в регионе. Существует реальная потребность в развитии теории и практики исследований по вопросам совершенствования управления занятостью в регионе, формировании системы управления занятостью, адекватной современным условиям, обосновании механизмов и инструментов эффективного принятия решений в сфере занятости и рынка труда.
