Система Учета И Анализа Затрат На Качество Как Метод Повышения Эффективности Деятельности Предприятия

Abstract

Статья посвящена повышению эффективности системы менеджмента качества, а именно внедрению системы управления затратами на качество на российских предприятиях. В России в силу разных проблем, система менеджмента качества нередко внедряется формально и руководство не уделяет ей должного внимания. Однако в противовес сложившейся ситуации, в статье показано (на основе эмпирического материала), что методика анализа затрат на качество, если правильно реализована, является эффективным инструментом управления, что в итоге положительно отражается на деятельности предприятия в целом.
