Abstract

статья посвящена вопросам, связанным с классификацией преступных деяний по уголовным кодексам трех государств романо-германской правовой семьи Германии, Австрии и Швейцарии. Автор анализирует уголовное законодательство и уголовно-процессуальное законодательство названных стран, обращая внимание на значение деления преступных деяний на преступления и проступки для уголовного и уголовно-процессуального права рассматриваемых стран.
