Методика Отбора Инновационных Проектов Для Обеспечения Повышения Конкурентоспособности Ракетно-Космической Промышленности

Abstract

В современной экономики основным фактором повышения конкурентоспособности продукции является активная инновационная деятельность. В РФ основным финансовым источником инновационного развития предприятий РКП являются госзаказы на выполнение НИРОКР и выпуск продукции. Таким образом, развитие отрасли напрямую связано с выбором наиболее эффективных направлений развития и организацией их финансирования в условиях ограниченных ресурсов. В статье рассматривается математическая модель управления промышленными технологиями, позволяющая осуществить отбор инновационных проектов для их последующего бюджетного финансирования на основе концепции вложенных приоритетов.
