Abstract

Рассмотрены причины негативной транспортной ситуации в Москве. Прогнозируемый рост российской экономики требует снижения дефицита складских площадей. Сформулированы факторы, ограничивающие возможность застройки. Представлены показатели эффективности создания в Московском регионе системы складских центров.
