О Значении Обращения К Истории Становления Учения Об Объекте Преступления Для Современного Исследования Объекта Преступления

Abstract

В статье на основе анализа истории развития учения об объекте преступления выделены положения, имеющие методологическое значение для современных исследований: об учете положений об объекте преступления, которые были в неизменном виде сохранены наукой; об учете тех вопросов, которые должны быть разрешены предлагаемой концепцией объекта преступления; о необходимости четких представлений о содержании явлений, претендующих на наименование объектом преступления; о минимизации апеллирования к государственной идеологии.
