Abstract

Цель статьи анализ последних налоговых инициатив, касающихся налогообложения и пенсионного обеспечения. В России, например, оба последних президента являются сторонниками пенсионных накоплений. Очевидна направленность преобразований поиск новых фискальных источников и накоплений. Современная организация пенсионных накоплений может быть выгодна как государству, так и предпринимателям и физическим лицам. Многие люди пересмотрели свой инвестиционный портфель и переложили свои сбережения из «подлых» депозитов банков в пенсионные программы этих институтов. Большинство богатых стран используют возможности, предоставляемые пенсионными накоплениями граждан. Социальная и ситуация на локальном уровне может быть программируемо управляема, если осуществить реструктуризацию механизмов налогового и инвестиционного планирования, причём как для предприятия так и физического лица. Российская налоговая система, в ближайшее время, должна измениться в своих основных принципах, а именно в стремлении увеличить неразумный налоговый гнёт на население вместо управления финансовыми инструментами.
