Abstract

В данной статье автор рассматривает условия предоставления условно-досрочного освобождения лицам, отбывающим наказание в виде лишения свободы в исправительных учреждениях России, анализирует условно-досрочное освобождение как механизм давления на заключенных, раскрывает практические проявления произвола сотрудников исправительных учреждений в отношении заключенных, претендующих на условно-досрочное освобождение.
