Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу негативных тенденций связанных с ростом преступности в сфере страхового рынка. В статье анализируются факторы обуславливающие рост мошенничества на рынке страховых услуг, приводятся статистические данные раскрывающие динамику и тенденции страхового мошенничества и примеры из практики, а также приводится анализ наиболее типичных преступлений в сфере страхования.
