Об Обязательности Создания Юридических Консультаций В Субъектах Российской Федерации

Abstract

В современной науке существуют совершенно противоположные мнения об обязательности создания юридических консультаций. По мнению авторов, независимость адвоката от государства в большей мере обеспечена именно в юридической консультации вследствие условий работы адвокатов в них. В связи с этим юридическая консультация как форма адвокатского образования представляется наиболее предпочтительной формой социальной адвокатуры в России. К сожалению, можно констатировать, что сколько-нибудь заметной практики такого решения проблемы в Российской Федерации пока не наблюдается.
