Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам формирования инновационной базы образовательной деятельности в современной России. Национальные исследовательские университеты должны стать центрами, способными решать и многие назревшие кадровые проблемы. Государственная поддержка национальных исследовательских университетов должна осуществляться исключительно на конкурсной основе, в рамках специально разрабатываемых и утверждаемых среднесрочных программ развития научно-образовательных центров
