Abstract

В ЕС сформирована Европейская система финансового надзора, которая включает в себя Европейский Комитет Системных Рисков; Орган по банковскому надзору; Орган по страховому надзору и надзору в сфере пенсионного обеспечения; Орган по надзору за рынком ценных бумаг; Объединенный комитет Европейских надзорных органов; Компетентные или надзорные органы в государствах-членах ЕС. Нормативными актами, указанными в статье утверждены сферы их деятельности и полномочия
