Abstract

Статья Н.М.Каспарьянц посвящена исследованию муниципальных и региональных пенсионных программ. В статье раскрывается роль муниципального пенсионного обеспечения в системе социальной защиты работников бюджетной сферы муниципального образования после окончания их трудовой деятельности. В этой связи в статье проанализирован опыт подобных программ в ряде городов Российской Федерации. На примере Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа показано значение региональных пенсионных программ для повышения уровня пенсионного обеспечения жителей региона. В статье сформулирован и ряд рекомендаций для активного внедрения региональных и муниципальных пенсионных программ.
