Abstract

Основная цель данной статьи обратить внимание ученых, законодателей и других к важности опыта зарубежного права, который может быть использован в российском законодательстве об исполнительном производстве. Российское законодательство здесь неопределенно, поэтому было бы полезным проанализировать основы налогового права и исполнительного производства при взимании налогов в иностранных государствах. Мы надеемся, что некоторые предложения, обсуждаемые в этой статье, будут интересны российским законодателям при разработке законопроектов и государственным органам исполнительной власти в управленческой деятельности.
