Особенности Анализа И Оценки Состояния Служебной Дисциплины В Территориальных Органах Мвд России

Abstract

В статье излагается научная и практическая актуальность вопроса анализа и оценки состояния служебной дисциплины в органах внутренних дел Российской Федерации, в том числе и в территориальных органах МВД России. Приводится перечень требований, которыми необходимо руководствоваться при проведении системного анализа состояния служебной дисциплины. Указываются критерии оценки состояния служебной дисциплины и последовательность формирования его итоговой оценки. Определяются критерии и показатели служебной дисциплины сотрудников органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации на основании разработанной методики ведомственной оценки деятельности подразделений по работе с личным составом территориального органа МВД России и руководства по изучению эффективности деятельности проверяемого подразделения по работе с личным составом территориального органа МВД России на региональном уровне.
