Abstract

статья посвящена анализу налогового законодательства и его реализации в деревне в 1928 году, в условиях хлебозаготовительного кризиса. Особое внимание автор уделяет рассмотрению изменений внесенных в законодательство о сельскохозяйственном налоге: индивидуальное обложение, процентные надбавки и т.д. В исследовании показано влияние этих изменений на налогообложение крестьян, производственные и социальные процессы в деревне.
