Abstract

В статье показан эволюционный аспект развития института подозреваемого. Рассматриваются первые признаки правовой регламентации процессуального положения подозреваемого. Вопрос о сущности понятия подозреваемого и обвиняемого сохраняет свою проблематику до настоящего времени
