Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию эволюции организационно-экономического механизма управления производством в уголовно-исполнительной системе России, которая являясь институтом государства, адекватно отражает уровень состояния общества на конкретном историческом отрезке. Проблема повышения эффективности привлечения осужденных к труду, связанная с изменением государственной парадигмы в области исполнения наказаний, требует совершенствования механизма управления предприятиями УИС.
