Abstract

Несмотря на то, что правоотношения в Интернет не в полной мере урегулированы законодательно, значительное число государств мира, с учетом высокой общественной значимости компьютерной информации, установило уголовную ответственность за ряд составов посягательства на нее. Операторы связи, провайдеры и пользователи услугами Интернет, как показывают опросы, весьма поверхностно зная об этом, сами порой нарушают уголовно-правовые запреты. Для стабилизации криминогенной обстановки в новой для традиционного уголовного права области правового регулирования полезно изучить и по возможности заимствовать успешный зарубежный опыт. И здесь весьма интересным является, несомненно, опыт Японии.
