Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению проблемы влияния телевизионных медиатекстов, содержащих различные формы изображения насилия, на подростковую криминальную агрессию. В работе представлена краткая классификация форм обусловливания насильственного подросткового поведения сценами насилия, демонстрируемыми на телевидении; дано определение феномена подобного подражания с примерами из отечественной и зарубежной уголовной практики.
