Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам правового регулирования международной миграции в условиях глобализации. В настоящее время наметилась тенденция резкого увеличения количества иностранных работников на рынках труда экономически развитых стран, в связи с тем, что глобализация приводит со всей неизбежностью как к свободному перемещению трудовых ресурсов в рамках мировой экономики, так и устранению барьеров, в том числе и в виде жестких требований национального миграционного законодательства.
