Abstract

в статье идет речь о генезисе правовой доктрины, то есть о том, каким образом она формируется, как приобретает свойства источника права. Рассматривается, в результате каких правообразовательных процессов складываются юридические нормы, содержащиеся в доктрине как источнике права, а также способы придания доктринальным учениям общеобязательности
