Abstract

В статье рассматривается инвестиционные проблемы российских регионов в свете применения методологии системного подхода к проблемам инвестирования на региональном и государственном уровнях. Особое внимание уделено потенциалу системного подхода как универсальной методологии инвестиционного процесса
