Stimulation of positive postcriminal behaviour as an implementer of a criminal policy

Abstract

In article at theoretical level some questions of an incentive criminal policy are investigated: the role and mission of the encouragement shown in softening of punishment and excuse from the criminal liability; the mechanism of action of this stimulating legal means of a criminal policy on the behaviour of the criminal inducing him to positive postcriminal acts.
