Abstract

Статья посвящена изменениям, вносимым «Техническим регламентом о пожарной безопасности» в первичные меры пожарной безопасности в Российской Федерации. Реализация данных мер возлагается на органы местного самоуправления. Автор рассматривает как меры, которые ранее содержались в российском законодательстве, претерпевают изменения, так и правовые нововведения.
