Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию становления и развития науки уголовного права в России. В ней рассматривается влияние немецкой науки уголовного права на российскую науку уголовного права на протяжении всего периода существования русского государства. Автор делает выводы на основании собственных исследований, а также работы Г.С. Фельдштейна «Главные течения в истории науки уголовного права России» (Ярославль, 1909).
