Abstract

Данная статья посвящена изучению системы распределительных отношений между участниками вертикально-интегрированной агропромышленной корпорации. Идентифицированы основные проблемы внутрикорпоративных распределительных отношений, выделены факторы, определяющие уровень их эффективности, а также направления развития данной группы отношений.
