Проблемы Реализации Правового Статуса Женщин

Abstract

Достижение гендерного равенства одна из сложных и противоречивых проблем современности. В полном объеме правовой статус женщин может быть реализован только в системе правовых гарантий и четких методов его обеспечения. Наиболее существенными из них являются: антидискриминационные меры в отношении женщин в сфере труда, социального обеспечения, образования, культуры и здравоохранения, а также меры направленные против насилия и сексуальной эксплуатации женщин. Требуются неотложные и серьезные усилия, как со стороны государства, так и со стороны общества, особенно самих женщин, чтобы ликвидировать все острые проблемы в реализации правового статуса женщин.
