Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы защиты прав на интеллектуальную собственность в перспективе вступления России в ВТО. Нормы защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности в рамках ВТО обязывают страны с переходными экономиками ввести в течение пяти лет после вступления в ВТО жесткий национальный режим правовой охраны интеллектуальной собственности, соответствующий минимальным западным стандартам. В статье особое внимание уделено основным проблемам защиты прав на интеллектуальную собственность. Проблемы защиты прав на интеллектуальную собственность в России рассматриваются как с процедурного, так и с критического подходов.
