Процедуры Рассмотрения Дел В Административных Трибуналах Новой Зеландии

Abstract

В статье описана структура трибуналов на примере Трибунала по общим спорам. Изложен способ избрания на должности в данный Трибунал. Систематизированы полномочия судей и секретарей, их функции и обязанности. Детально расписано производство по административному делу с момента подачи иска до вынесения окончательного решения. Рассмотрен порядок подачи апелляции в Районный суд и действия уполномоченных лиц по ее рассмотрению. Описаны особенности процедуры в административных трибуналах и соответствующие полномочия Генерал-губернатора.
