Быть Или Не Быть В России Институту Ювенальной Юстиции

Abstract

В России давно назрел вопрос о создании ювенальной юстиции. Эта необходимость обусловлена, прежде всего тем, чтобы перестать рассматривать абстрактно несовершеннолетних, как совершивших преступление, так и склонных к противоправным действиям. Работа с детьми должна быть направлена на профилактику преступлений, а не наказание за содеянное.
