Проблемы Эффективности Осуществления Государственных И Муниципальных Расходов

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам эффективного использования государственных и муниципальных расходов. Исследуется принцип результативности и эффективности использования бюджетных средств как наиболее важный принцип бюджетной системы. Проводится анализ нормативно-правовых актов, устанавливающих требования по эффективности использования бюджетных средств и государственного и муниципального имущества. Делается вывод о необходимости законодательного закрепления механизма оценки эффективности расходования бюджетных средств. Отмечается также, что принцип результативности и эффективности использования бюджетных средств по своей сущности является также одним из основополагающих принципов и для осуществления иных государственных и муниципальных расходов.
