Abstract

В силу возрастных особенностей и неблагоприятных тенденций преступности, где жертвой является ребенок до достижения 14 лет, автором предлагаются меры по повышению уровня уголовно-правовой защиты данной возрастной группы. Вносятся предложения по изменению редакции статей 131, 132 и 133 УК РФ, связанные с повышением уголовной ответственности за посягательства в отношении малолетних.By virtue of age features and unfortunate trends of criminality where a victim is the child before achievement of 14 years, the author offers measures on increase of a level criminally a-legal protection of the given age group. Offers on change of edition of clauses 131, 132 and 133 УК the Russian Federations connected with increase of the criminal liability for encroachments concerning juvenile are made.
