Организованная Преступность Глазами Сотрудников Правоохранительных Органов

Abstract

Состояние и основные характеристики организованной преступности является одной из тем, наиболее активно обсуждаемых и дискуссируемых в современной России. Но многообразие теоретических подходов и авторских концепций оказывает достаточно скромное влияние на отношение к исследуемому предмету тех лиц, которые по долгу службы призваны применять закон. Автор приводит данные исследования, в котором принимали участи: сотрудники оперативных подразделений уголовного розыска 70 человек, включая 12 руководителей оперативных подразделений (нач); 20 человек следователей следственного комитета при прокуратуре РФ и 40 человек следователей ОВД, проходящих службу в правоохранительных органах Брянской, Орловской и Калужской области. Данные лица участвовали в производстве дознания и предварительного следствия по делам о преступлениях, совершаемых в составе организованных преступных групп (ОПГ) и банд: разбойных нападениях на жилища, особо квалифицированном вымогательстве, бандитизме и других особо тяжких преступлениях.
