К Вопросу Об Организации И Методике Планирования Работы В Прокуратуре Города, Района

Abstract

Среди мер, нацеленных на дальнейшее совершенствование организации и деятельности прокуратуры страны в сфере укрепления законности и правопорядка, важное место занимают улучшение планирования, подготовка и реализация действенных планов работы. Однако практика организации и осуществления планирования работы в прокуратуре свидетельствует, что оно еще имеет определенные недочеты: далеко не всегда плановые мероприятия актуальны и обоснованны, нуждаются в улучшении структура и сбалансированность планов работы, их организационное и информационно аналитическое обеспечение и др., особенно в прокуратурах основного звена1. Поэтому рассматриваемые ниже вопросы совершенствования организации и методики планирования работы в прокуратуре города, района приобретают нарастающие актуальность и значимость.
