Abstract

Работа посвящена вопросам совершенствования норм уголовного права России и аналогичных норм Республики Беларусь, устанавливающих уголовную ответственность за легализацию доходов, добытых преступным путем, а так же выработки единой правовой политики по борьбе с указанным негативным общественным явлением в рамках Союзного государства.
