Становление Науки Налоговой Деликтологии

Abstract

Сегодня по всей территории Российской Федерации отмечается стабильно высокий уровень налоговой деликтности. В настоящее время ни одна юридическая наука не выявляет проблемы возникновения и сущность налогово-деликтологических ситуаций, не изучает причины и условия налоговой деликтности, не изучает личность деликвентов, не предлагает пути нейтрализации налоговой деликтности. Решать такой круг вопросов призвана наука налоговая деликтология. В настоящей работе названы основы налоговой деликтологии: объект, предмет, принципы, методы, метолологическая база, указана конечная цель науки. По мнению автора методы науки налоговой деликтологии будут способствовать нейтрализации налоговой деликтности как в целом в Российской Федерации, так и в отдельных ее регионах.
