Трансакционные Издержки И Социальные Сети В Современной России

Abstract

В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь уровня трансакционных издержек и функционированием складывающихся в современных российских условиях социальных сетей. Автор предлагает организационный механизм сокращения трансакционных издержек предпринимателей, который может рассматриваться и как один из вариантов борьбы с коррупцией. На базе широко распространённых в России объединений предпринимателей предложено формировать специализированные органы, деятельность которых направлена на оптимизацию взаимодействий представителей бизнеса с представителями властных структур, осуществляющих регулирование хозяйственной деятельности.
