Abstract

В настоящей статье рассматривается зарубежный опыт привлечения юридических лиц к уголовной ответственности за экономические преступления. Автор приводит различные точки зрения ученых относительно сущности экономических преступлений, а также перечень корпоративных преступлений в сфере экономики.
