Совершенствование Региональной И Муниципальной Финансовой Системы В Ставропольском Крае

Abstract

Важнейшей задачей совершенствования региональной и муниципальной финансовой системы в Ставропольском крае является значительное повышение производительности работы органов государственной власти края и органов местного самоуправления его муниципальных образований. Создание необходимых условий для экономического роста, улучшения социально-экономического и инвестиционного положения муниципальных образований Ставропольского края. Анализ проблем региональных финансов Ставропольского края демонстрирует необходимость совершенствования бюджетной политики, создания эффективной системы управления региональными и местными финансами. Исходя из выявленных ключевых проблем региональных финансов Ставропольского края, с учетом сформулированной главной цели совершенствования региональных финансов, в качестве приоритетных целей реформирования следует назвать: создание благоприятных условий для экономического развития Ставропольского края; повышение качества управления региональными и местными финансами; повышение эффективности и результативности предоставления бюджетных услуг населению Ставропольского края.
