Кластерная Модель Функционирования Торгово-Логистического И Туристско-Рекреационного Комплексов (На Примере Кмв)

Abstract

В настоящее время стабильно и эффективно функционирующие кластерные модели курортно-рекреационных и торгово-логистических комплексов в России находятся в зачаточном состоянии, что обуславливает необходимость выявления механизмов формирования подобных систем. Данные кластеры будут формироваться на базе особых экономических зон, в том числе, туристско-рекреационного типа, каковой и является регион КМВ. Следовательно, для функционирования подобных кластеров на территории КМВ необходимо создать соответствующую торгово-логистическую и туристическую инфраструктуру, что и является одной из основных задач рынка недвижимости данной территории.
