Abstract

Рассматриваются функции субъективного права и юридической обязанности как компонентов механизма правового регулирования. Сделан вывод о том, что роль субъективного права и юридической ответственности в механизме правового регулирования и в развитии общественных отношений универсальна, и их можно рассматривать как специфическую форму руководства обществом, способ социального контроля и управления, инструмент координации деятельности людей
