Муниципально-Частное Партнерство Как Метод Стимулирования Развития Рынка Загородной Недвижимости

Abstract

Основной проблемой, препятствующей сегодня развитию массовой малоэтажной застройки на территории РФ, является отсутствие необходимой инженерной, транспортной и социальной инфраструктуры. Решение ее возможно лишь при реализации механизма государственно-частного партнерства. Несмотря на решение власти осуществлять поддержку малоэтажного строительства, данный механизм на практике не нашел своего применения. В статье мы предлагаем рассмотреть вариант муниципально-частного партнерства, который, на наш взгляд, может быть успешно применен при реализации проектов по развитию территорий для малоэтажного строительства.
