Abstract

Автором дается общая характеристика детерминант, способствующих совершению преступлений, указывается классификация факторов влияющих на совершению краж личного имущества граждан на железнодорожном транспорте. Раскрываются основные направления повышения эффективности предупредительной деятельности краж личного имущества граждан, совершаемых на железнодорожном транспорте
