Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам определения понятия принципа государственного контроля и нормативного закрепления принципов государственного контроля в области рынка ценных бумаг. Автором обозначается проблема связанная с отсутствием в российском законодательстве норм отражающих принципы государственного контроля в области рынка ценных бумаг, предлагается возможной вариант решения данной проблемы, а именно внесение изменение в соответствующий федеральный закон, указывается желательная формулировка принципов в федеральном законе.
