Abstract

В статье представлено взаимодействие между органами правосудия государств-членов Совета Европы и Европейским судом по правам человека. Автор, с одной стороны, представляет взаимодействие Европейского суда по правам человека с западноевропейскими органами правосудия, а с другой стороны, с органами правосудия Российской Федерации и приходит к выводу, что оно идентично. Рассматриваются вопросы эффективности такого взаимодействия.
