Abstract

Представленная статья посвящена такому важному элементу криминалистической характеристики преступлений в сфере компьютерной информации, как личность преступника. Автором обобщены и проанализированы мнения ученых по данной тематике, сделаны соответствующие теоретические выводы о типичных криминалистически значимых чертах личности преступника совершившего преступление в сфере компьютерной информации, которые подкреплены статистическими данными.
