Abstract

В данной статье приведен анализ рассмотрения дел конституционной юстиции в субъектах Федерации, а также указано, о том, что решения и правовые позиции конституционных и уставных судов субъектов РФ являются источниками права, которым присущи те же формы реализации права, что и нормативным правовым актам.
