Правовой Нигилизм, Способы Его Преодоления В Современных Условиях

Abstract

В данной статье автором предпринята попытка раскрыть структуру правового нигилизма, а также излагается авторский подход способов его преодоления в современных условиях. В итоге автор приходит к выводу, о том, что все способы борьбы с нигилизмом связаны с выходом общества из глубокого системного кризиса социального, экономического, политического, духовного, нравственного. Однако многое зависит и от активной позиции самой личности, её противодействию силам зла.
