Экономико-Правовой Механизм Противодействия Обороту Фальсифицированных Лекарственных Средств

Abstract

В данной статье исследуются проблемы качества и безопасности лекарственных средств (ЛС), так как национальная безопасность зависит от своевременного решения данной проблемы. Государственный контроль и гарантия очень важны для обеспечения населения качественными и безопасными ЛС. Предложены меры противодействия обороту ФЛС законодательного и экономического характера, а также правоохранительные меры. Механизм экономико-правового противодействия обороту ФЛС должен основываться на взаимодействии рыночного и государственного регулирования оборота ЛС, базироваться на соответствии реального состояния и основных тенденций развития оборота ЛС на потребительском рынке правовой базе, поиске мер нейтрализации оборота ФЛС, а также повышению заинтересованности всех участников фармрынка в противодействии обороту ФЛС.
